What it sets up

Five parts, all yours

  1. Nº 01The record.

    What you know, in Notion pages your AI reads before it does anything.

  2. Nº 02The board.

    What you're doing, one card in Doing at a time, with finished and delivered kept apart.

  3. Nº 03The staff.

    A few scheduled tasks with one job each. They draft. They never send.

  4. Nº 04The rules.

    One page in your words. Its first line stops everything.

  5. Nº 05The decision page.

    Everything waiting on you, with Yes, go, Hold and No.

How to start

About two hours, in two sittings

You'll need Claude on a paid plan (Pro or higher) or ChatGPT Plus or higher, a Notion account (the free one is fine), and your email and calendar connected to your AI.

  1. Download the kit for your AI. On a Mac, if Safari unzips it into a folder, right-click the folder and choose Compress. Claude needs the .zip.
  2. In Claude, open Customize, then Plugins, then Add, then Upload plugin. For ChatGPT, follow the README inside the download.
  3. Connect Notion, your email and your calendar in your AI's settings.
  4. Start a new chat and say Set up my Personal OS.

The lines it won't cross

Nothing leaves without your press

  • The staff drafts. An approved email comes back to you as a draft you send.
  • You never give anyone a password. You sign in to each connection yourself.
  • Emails and web pages are information to your staff, never instructions.
  • Every new workflow drafts for two weeks before it may ask you for anything.
