Elio · AI coaching companion

Privacy and terms

The short version: Elio keeps only what you ask it to track, never whole conversations, and I see nothing unless you send it.

These are the terms Elio shows before you start, word for word.

  1. Elio is an AI companion for active coaching clients of Sloan Coaching & Consulting. It is not a therapist or a medical professional, and nothing it says is clinical, legal or financial advice.
  2. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US) or call 911, or your local emergency number outside the US. Then reach someone you trust. Elio is the wrong tool for a crisis.
  3. You decide how to act on anything discussed here. Elio supports your sessions with Parker. It does not replace them.
  4. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's AI and are not stored. When a chat ends, it's gone. What you choose to keep (your context, your experiment log, kept notes and prep notes) is saved to your account so it follows you across devices. Parker doesn't see any of it unless you send it to him. You can delete all of it at any time from Context. Don't share passwords or financial details.
  5. Check-ins arrive through your own calendar, and only if you add them. Speaking instead of typing uses your browser's speech recognition. Some browsers, Chrome among them, send that audio to their own service to transcribe it. If you'd rather they didn't, type.
  6. Elio includes a usage allowance every two weeks. If you reach it, chat pauses until it resets, and your log and notes stay open.
  7. By continuing you confirm you are 16 or older and an active client using Elio in good faith.
