Coaching · early career & students

One behavior
at a time,
until it holds.

You already know what to do. Here you practice it in your real week, with someone who asks, until you don’t need me.

One cycle · an example

  1. 01Sharpen it.

    Too vague: Speak up more.

    In the team update,
I pass when it’s my turn.

Four instruments in the Mirror Series show where to look →

  2. 02Shrink it. Anchor it.

    Cycle 2

Cycle 1: When the update reaches me, I say the one thing I prepared. Cycle 2: When the update starts, I say the one thing I prepared.

  3. 03Give it someone who asks.

Elio, your AI companion · day 5

Did the moment come up today?
    Did you say it?

  4. 04Run it. Report it.

  5. 05Review it. Adjust it.

    Facts first: 4 of 6.
Both misses began before my turn.

So the cue moves earlier, and I go first.

The bend is the finding, never the verdict.

  6. Then, further apart.

The backing

Insight is one variable.
Structure is the load-bearing one.

Insight is real and worth having. On its own, it rarely changes what you do.

  1. 02The sentence.

If-then plans had a medium-to-large effect on reaching goals, across 94 tests.

    Gollwitzer & Sheeran, 2006

  2. 04The log.

Tracking progress helped people reach their goals, more so when it was written down or reported.

    Harkin and colleagues, 2016

  3. 05Two weeks, then wider.

A delayed first review held up better than an immediate one, and widening gaps about as well as even ones.

    Karpicke & Roediger, 2007 · Kang and colleagues, 2014

  4. 06Five cycles first.

Five cycles is about seventy days. Daily habits took a median of sixty-six to become automatic, with a wide range, and a missed day didn’t undo them.

    Lally and colleagues, 2010

The spacing studies measured memory in a lab, so the ladder is a reasoned design choice, not a measured result.

Where it comes from

Working behavior over comprehensive insight.

In every program · AI-supported coaching

Coaching that doesn’t end when the session does.

Every program includes Elio, an AI coaching companion built on my method. It works from your current experiment and takes your check-ins between sessions, by text or voice, so you arrive with data.

Elio is an AI companion, not a person, and says so. It keeps only what you ask it to track: your experiment, your log and the notes you choose. It never stores whole conversations, and I see nothing unless you send it. Read Elio’s privacy and terms →

Day 5, continued from the cycle above.

  1. You

It came up. I said it late, and too fast.

  2. Elio

That counts. What happened in the thirty seconds before you spoke?

  3. You

My pulse went up when it was two people before me.

  4. Elio

Logged. That may be the real cue. Bring it to the session.

Three programs

Same practice. Three ways in.

Start with the reflection, or go straight to the cycles.

  1. Nº 01

    The Self-Awareness Sprint

The Mirror Series, read with you, then a thirty-day plan around your one highest-leverage edge.

    Two sessions · six weeks

    What’s included
    Session 1
Integration debrief: reading the four instruments against each other, with you.
    Session 2
Action plan: one behavior, one design, two weeks.
    Between
Async support, and Elio from day one.
    Best if
You want clarity fast and a concrete place to start.
  2. Nº 02

    The Self-Mastery Launchpad

The Mirror Series and your first five cycles, with a kick-off and a written summary at the end.

A kick-off and six sessions · five cycles

    What’s included
    Kick-off
Thirty minutes before your first cycle, with the Mirror Series intake.
    Six sessions
Forty-five minutes each, every two weeks across the five cycles, on Zoom. Materials each week.
    At the end
    A written summary.
    Between
    Elio, by text or voice.
    After
You enter the ladder at cycle six, where the gaps start widening. Three more cycles to graduation.
  3. Nº 03

    The Sprint Cycle

Just the cycles. One session per cycle, Elio in between, until the change holds.

One session per cycle · graduate at nine

    What’s included
    Spacing
Fourteen days through cycle five, then twenty-one, twenty-eight, forty-two.
    Each cycle
One session on Zoom, one experiment in your week, Elio in between.
    Billing
Membership bills every two weeks through cycle five, then per-cycle booking.
    Exit
Graduation at cycle nine, or cancel going forward at any point. Nothing rolls over, nothing is wasted.
    Best if
You want the method without the instruments, or you’ve finished the Launchpad and the change is holding.

    $45per cycle

    Start a cycle →

Start with the Sprint and upgrade to the Launchpad later, and you get a discount. How it works ↓

When I’ve done the job, you leave.

Graduation isn’t a renewal prompt with better manners. At the ninth cycle, the engagement ends.

The ladder: days between sessions and cost per month for each cycle
CyclesDays apartPer month
1 to 514about $98
621about $65
728about $49
842about $33
9Graduate$0

Cycles get longer. The price doesn’t. Every cycle is $45, so as the gaps widen the cost per month falls, and then it stops.

Need something specific

One session. One thing.

Not everything needs a program. Forty-five minutes on the one thing in front of you, and you leave with one thing to do.

Bring something like

  • Feedback that stung
  • Leading without the title
  • The first months of a first job
  • Stepping into project management

Questions

The honest answers.

Is coaching therapy?

No. This practice isn’t that. Coaching here is about accountability and growth: practiced skill, reviewed on a cadence. It isn’t a substitute for therapy, and it doesn’t try to be.

Is this only for people in their twenties?

That’s my focus: early-career professionals and students who need to speak both languages, be seen as ready, and build the network nobody taught them. But the work travels. The Mirror doesn’t ask your birthday.

What happens in a session?

Forty-five minutes on Zoom. The first half is review: what you ran, what happened, where it bent. The second half is design: the next experiment, sized for a bad week, with a cue and a witness. You leave with one thing to do, not a list.

Is there a discount if I upgrade?

Yes. If you finish the Self-Awareness Sprint and move to the Launchpad, you get a discount. The Mirror you built in the Sprint is the one the Launchpad runs on, so you’re not paying for it twice and you’re not starting over.

How does “$45 per cycle” work? Can I stop?

A cycle is one session, one experiment, Elio in between. The first five run fourteen days apart. Then the gaps widen to twenty-one, twenty-eight and forty-two days, and at the ninth you graduate. Same $45 every time, so it gets cheaper per month as the change holds, and then it stops. Cancel going forward whenever you like. Nothing rolls over, nothing is wasted.

Do I need the Mirror Series before I start?

The Sprint and the Launchpad begin with it, so no. It’s built in. The direct Sprint Cycle runs without it. If you’ve already done the Self-Guided Edition, bring your results and you’re a session ahead.

What is Elio, exactly?

An AI coaching companion built on my methodology, included with every program. It knows your Mirror and your current experiment, checks in between sessions by text or voice, and asks the questions the next session will need answered. It doesn’t replace the session. It makes sure you arrive at it with data.

Elio is an AI companion, not a person, and says so. It keeps only what you ask it to track: your experiment, your log and the notes you choose. It never stores whole conversations, and I see nothing unless you send it. Read Elio’s privacy and terms →

Can someone give this to me?

Yes. The Mirror Series and a single session both work as gifts, and what you find stays with you. If someone keeps asking what you’d like, send them the give page.

The give page →

What if I’m not sure I need this?

Book the free call, just below. Deciding “not yet” is a fine outcome, and a single session might be the honest answer.

Start with a conversation

No script, no pressure, no pitch deck.

Thirty minutes. Bring what’s stuck, or your sentence: When ___, I will ___. I’ll tell you which program fits, or that none of them do yet.
